The Project
South Enclave is a flagship project of Sugandha
Apartments. Located on NH-22 in Solan city, this project

Municipal Committee of Solan, besides the Department
of Town & Country Planning and the The Himachal Urban
Development Authority (HIMUDA), Government of
Himachal Pradesh.
This project is under construction in one of the most
plush & posh locales of Solan town, away from the humdrum
of busy city life.
The legendary peak of Mount Karol forms an impressive
backdrop to the enclave. This peak harbours a wide
variety of mountain herbs, and it is believed that Lord
Hanuman rested on this peak while carrying back the
Sanjivini Parbat.
